The Calendar gives you the big picture of the care: it lays out all the medications, appointments and tasks across the month, so you can see at a glance how the week is shaping up or plan things ahead. If Today is the screen for the day-to-day — what needs doing on this very day — the Calendar is the full panorama: it lets you move to any date, look ahead so there are no surprises («next Tuesday is the check-up») or look back to remember what happened.
To get there, tap the Calendar icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Month or List
The Calendar can show it to you in two ways, and you choose whichever helps you most at any moment. At the very top you have the two buttons to switch between them:
- «Month» — the grid of the whole month, like a wall calendar. It’s great for placing yourself in time and seeing which days have things on.
- «List» — all the routines laid out in a list and sorted by type. It’s great when you want to go over everything there is without thinking about dates.
The Month view
Move through the month and see what's on
Move between months. To change month use the two arrows at the top: the left one takes you to last month and the right one to the month ahead. So you don’t get lost and always know where you are, today’s date appears highlighted with a circle.
See what’s on each day. There’s no need to open day by day to know whether anything is on: under each day’s number you’ll see some coloured dots, and each colour tells you in one go what kind of thing that day holds (for example, a green dot means some medication has to be given that day):
Medications — the medication
Appointments — doctors, visits…
Tasks — anything else to be done
If a day has no dot at all, nothing is written down for that day: you can rest easy.
The selected day
When you want to see the detail, tap any day in the calendar and, just below, everything happening that day will appear, one item after another. It’s the way to go from the general picture to «what exactly is due on Thursday?». If you’ve been browsing other dates and want to come back to the present, you don’t have to hunt for today by hand: the «Back to today» button appears and one tap brings you back.
Filter by type
If a day has a lot going on and you’re only interested in one kind, the «Medications», «Appointments» and «Tasks» filters let you show or hide each type as you please (for example, seeing only that day’s medical appointments). Don’t worry, nothing gets deleted: it’s only hidden from view. And so you don’t forget you’ve left something hidden, a notice reminds you («… hidden by active filters»).
Open a routine
Each item of the day appears as a card. Tap it to see its detail and, if you have permission, mark it as done or undo it (in case you marked it by accident), exactly as you do in Today. And if there was nothing to do that day, don’t be surprised to see the message «No events this day»: it simply means it was free.
The List view
Everything in one list
The «List» view gathers in a single list all the group’s routines, grouped by type (Medications, Appointments and Tasks) and with the count of each one beside it. It’s very handy when you want to get an idea of everything that’s been created — going over the complete medication, seeing how many appointments are coming up — without having to open day after day in the calendar.
